I want to take this time to thank Mr. Bill McVey for having his "Airport Auto Brokers" business here in Lake County for us and also for hiring the best Service Dept. personnel that I have ever dealt with.

On several occasions over the years: I went to his service dept., told them I was a do it your self garage mechanic and was trying to repair one of my vehicles, a 1993 Ford Explorer or my 1985 Cadillac. On each occasion without any hesitations his service people were more than willing to help me, using their knowledge and experience. Sometimes with just a photocopy of a circuit diagram or a printout of instructional procedures copied from their professional service & repair manuals--Information that I was unable to obtain from publications like the Chilton's manual.

Just last week-Monday,--again I went to "Airport Auto Brokers" for help. And again their service dept. went that extra mile to help me, they gave me a copy of instructional information and an electrical wiring diagram that I needed.

I can only think that Mr. Bill McVey, owner of "Airport Auto Brokers" really treats his employees in a wonderful way, this makes his employees want to pass that wonderful way on to all his customers and non-customers as well, rather to potential customers and the General Public.

I can see Bill's willingness to help people by the way he volunteers and shares his time, knowledge, and his experience with the public every Friday morning on this Radio call--in program, "The Auto Clinic" which he has volunteered his time for many years,--Only because he wants to help people.

If I were ever in need of professional auto service or repair --or just looking for a reliable used vehicle, I would feel very comfortable doing business with The Airport Auto Brokers in Lakeport where the people are very courteous, friendly, and honest. Truly a business I can trust--and of course would refer my friends.

Thanks to Bill--Thanks to his Dept. Service Mgr. whose name I didn't get and Thanks to my contact last Monday, Mr. Dave the Service Tech, and Thanks to Mr. Paul Thomas our Radio Host who does a great job at his microphone in that little cubby hole of a room, actually I think it's a closet.
