I would like to tell you of my recent visit to your service department. From the first contact phone call to the time I picked up my car I was treated in both a courteous and professional manner with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. You have a well-run organized service department the like I have not seen in thirty years; overall a unique experience in this age of discontentment and virtual lack of customer service. My compliments to your service department crew. I feel it is important to let people know that they have done a good job and that their efforts are appreciated.
